Is VAT included?
Prices are shown in GBP excluding VAT. VAT at 20% is added at checkout and shown on your receipt. Your VAT receipt is emailed after booking.
Can I transfer my pass?
Passes can be transferred to a colleague from the same organisation. Please contact the team before the event so we can update the delegate details.
What is the refund policy?
